HSE is the newest broadband Internet satellite service available in North America using KA Band satellite technology. The service is targeted to users in locations where high-speed Internet services are not available. With HSE, you get always on, two-way, high speed Internet service. The two-way capability means customers do not need an additional phone or cable line or the expense of a traditional dial-up ISP in order to receive broadband Internet access.
